Laggs-Trail

Description
This theme trail takes you along the Rhine in Basel and presents a rare inhabitant of the city: the salmon. Your journey of discovery starts at the Natural History Museum and continues to the impressive Gothic Basel Cathedral. On the trail you will not only learn what drove the salmon away, but you will also enjoy the view of the city before continuing through the Rhine Park.Â
This trail was developed together with WWF Switzerland and is part of the Salmon Comeback Project for the reintroduction of salmon in the Rhine. A part of the ticket price goes directly into the project.
