Today, on World Earth Day, we at Foxtrail would like to share a special message. We are not only a company that offers outdoor adventures, but also a company that is passionate about protecting our environment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our outdoor trails are not only a source of adventure and fun, but also a way to foster a love of nature and raise awareness of its beauty and fragility. Every step on our trails is a step towards nature conservation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Swisstainable<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Last year, we joined the Swisstainable sustainability programme and committed ourselves to practising sustainable business management. Swisstainable is a sustainability programme by Swiss tourism for Swiss tourism. The programme focuses on the sustainable development of the entire tourism sector. The programme is aimed at all tourism and tourism-related companies in Switzerland. This step was of great importance to us and demonstrates our commitment to environmental protection. Through our partnership with Swisstainable, we are committed to ensuring that our activities and decisions are in line with the principles of sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One Tree Planted<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Another initiative that is close to our hearts is our collaboration with One Tree Planted. For every Google review star we receive, we plant a tree. This action is an important step towards offsetting the impact of our business activities on the environment and actively contributing to reforestation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

One Tree Planted is a non-profit organisation that focuses on global reforestation. Their projects are carried out in collaboration with local communities and knowledgeable experts to make an impact for nature, people and wildlife. Reforestation helps to rebuild forests after fires and floods, create jobs for social purposes and restore biodiversity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bike to Work <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

But that’s not the end of it! Next May, most of our employees will be taking part in the nationwide “Bike to Work” challenge. bike to work is the largest health and cycling promotion campaign in Switzerland. Every year in May and June, 100,000 employees across Switzerland take part in the challenge and get on their bikes on as many working days as possible in order to win attractive prizes. This campaign is not only an opportunity to get active, but also a contribution to reducing our CO2 footprint. By cycling more often, we are making a direct contribution to protecting the environment and demonstrating our commitment to a sustainable way of life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
