It’s not just about a sleek design, but above all about making you feel at home on our site and finding everything you need effortlessly. In this blog post, we want to take you with us and personally introduce you to the latest improvements that we have implemented just for you, our fantastic customers.
Focus on user-friendliness
We started developing our new website in 2023 and are still working on further optimisations for our customers. We have paid particular attention to improving clarity in order to provide a more user-friendly and intuitive online experience. We have also implemented a modern website that gives our online presence a contemporary and appealing look.
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the Foxtrail experience, we are also pleased to present our new fan shop. It offers a diverse selection of items that perfectly round off the Foxtrail experience.
Self-booking process with MyAccount
Last year, we optimised our self-booking process on the website for groups of up to 24 people. It is now possible to book up to 3 teams with a total of 24 participants conveniently and easily online without having to rely on manual bookings. This adjustment makes it much easier to organise school classes, birthday parties, hen parties and smaller corporate events.
We have also introduced an individual login area for the booking process. With their own account (MyAccount) when booking a trail, customers can easily manage their Foxtrail experiences. In the event of unforeseen bad weather or obligations at short notice, the trail can easily be rebooked for another day and time up to 24 hours before the booked start time without incurring any fees. Further optimisations in this area are in progress.
