Foxtrail Schiefer - Berne City

Schiefer takes you to the old town of Bern, which has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. High above the Aare loop is the wonderfully landscaped Rose Garden, which offers you a unique view of the city. Do you recognize the Bundeshaus? Fredy's trail continues past the historic Nydegg Church to the Justice Fountain, a cultural heritage site of national importance. Then it's on to the Aare, where you can admire the Schwellenmätteli in the middle of the river. After the walk through the Marzili district, the cable car will take you directly to the Federal Terrace, where you can now see the Federal Palace up close. Soon you will find the end of the trail in the old town.
