Foxtrail Schloss Hallwyl - Hallwyl

This trail takes you into the history of the pile dwellers at Lake Hallwyl. You will enter the nature reserve on the shore of the lake, where you can admire the prehistoric buildings. Along the Aabach, the gravel paths take you towards the castle. But before you explore the moated castle, you take a detour to the mill. Have you solved the riddle? Then the trail will take you further inside the castle, where you will learn about the legendary history of the Hallwyl family.The entry to the castle is included in the ticket price.

If you start after midday: make sure that you are on your way quickly so that you still have enough time for the posts in the castle. The last stations close at 5 pm.

The castle and the Foxtrail are closed on Mondays.
