The voucher is redeemable until 31.10.2026.

Officially, the promotion runs until 31.10.26 and the vouchers are only valid and redeemable until this date. Customers who contact us afterwards should send an e-mail to mail@foxtrail.ch. Then we can find a suitable solution together.

Yes, the voucher codes can be redeemed in combination in the shopping cart on the respective product websites (Foxtrail and Foxtrail GO). Simply enter the codes one after the other and redeem them.

Yes, the vouchers can be accumulated within the respective product group (Foxtrail or Foxtrail GO). This means, for example, that you can use two vouchers for Foxtrail GO together for one experience and two vouchers for Foxtrail can also be used for one booking. It is not possible to combine vouchers from both product groups.

No. The vouchers for Foxtrail and Foxtrail GO vouchers from the Coop collection campaign can only be redeemed once.

The vouchers are not personalized and can therefore be passed on, but the respective code loses its validity after the first successful redemption.

Any remaining amount remains on the voucher and only expires after the promotional period after 31.10.26.

No, in principle it is intended that the vouchers for Foxtrail GO are redeemed for this product and the vouchers for Foxtrail for this product. If in doubt, Foxtrail can be contacted at mail@foxtrail.ch.

The coupon code is not personalized, which means that it can easily be given as a gift.

If you can’t reach anyone, simply make the booking and send us your request, including the details. the voucher code by e-mail to mail@foxtrail.ch. We will refund the costs so that you can still start on time.

No. Vouchers from the Coop collective promotion – regardless of whether they are Foxtrail GO or Foxtrail Classic vouchers – cannot be redeemed in the Foxtrail Fanshop.

Foxtrail:
You can find out where your Foxtrail starts in the description of the respective trail on our website and directly on your ticket in MyAccount, which you can access after booking.

After booking, you will receive a confirmation link to the MyAccount area. There you can adjust your booking and download your match documents from five days before the start date.

As a rule, our trails start at railway stations or larger squares. You can choose the exact starting point yourself – it doesn’t matter for the check-in. If there is a meeting point on site, this is a great starting point.

Foxtrail GO:
You will receive the starting documents with all relevant information and the valid game code by e-mail. When you arrive at the starting location mentioned above, all players enter their game code. A player creates a new team, which appears in the app and which the other players can join. As soon as all players have joined the team, the game can be started. Foxtrail:
To successfully follow the fox, every team needs a few things in their bags:
a print-out of the start document, a charged smartphone with internet and a pen for your notes. A little food and drink won’t hurt either, depending on the length of the trail (you can find this on the details page online).
And don’t forget: Foxtrail is an outdoor adventure! So dress for the weather and wear comfortable shoes that allow you to easily cover a few kilometres. The fox runs in (almost) any weather – only if there are severe weather warnings does he prefer to stay in his den.

Foxtrail GO:
All you need per person is a fully charged smartphone with an active internet connection and the game code, which you will receive by e-mail and also by text message after booking.
We also recommend that you take a power bank with you, including a suitable charging cable – that way you’ll be on the safe side.
Also remember to wear appropriate clothing for the weather and comfortable shoes in which you can easily cover a few kilometers.

Foxtrail:
A spontaneous start is generally possible, but only to a limited extent. You must reserve a start slot for Foxtrail when you book. If your desired slot is still available and you have the opportunity to print out the game documents in good time, nothing stands in the way of you starting at short notice.

Foxtrail GO:
You are much more flexible here: there are no fixed start times. You can even buy your ticket directly on site and get started right away.

Problems with booking & e-mail (Help & Support)

Foxtrail:
We recommend that you first check your spam folder – occasionally the confirmation email ends up there. Please also make sure to enter your correct cell phone number when booking, as you will also receive the start information by SMS.

If you have not received an e-mail or text message, please contact us at mail@foxtrail.ch.

If you want to start at short notice, you can make the booking again. Make sure you enter your e-mail address and telephone number correctly. Inform us briefly by e-mail to mail@foxtrail.ch – we will take care of it and refund you the costs for the double booking.

Foxtrail GO:
Please check your spam folder first – it may happen that the confirmation email ends up there. Also make sure you enter your correct cell phone number during the ordering process, as the start information will also be sent by SMS.

If you have not received anything in your spam folder or by SMS, please contact us at go@foxtrail.ch.

If you need to go quickly because you want to start straight away, you can make the booking again. Make sure that your e-mail address and telephone number are entered correctly. Then send us a short email to go@foxtrail.ch – we will of course refund you the costs for the double booking.
